These terms govern your use of the LogicAudit website (ai.logicsoftware.co.uk) and any governance services delivered by Logic Software Ltd trading as LogicAudit. By engaging our services, you agree to these terms.
LogicAudit provides AI code governance services including code review, security audit, compliance assessment, penetration testing, performance testing, documentation, accessibility review, AI model validation, legal and licensing compliance review, final certification, and DevOps and CI/CD readiness. The scope of each engagement is agreed in writing before work commences.
You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to grant us access to the codebase and systems provided for review. You warrant that the code and materials provided do not infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party. You remain responsible for all decisions made on the basis of our findings and recommendations.
We treat all client code, materials, and engagement details as confidential. We will not disclose your materials to third parties without your consent, except where required by law. We operate under a standard mutual NDA for all governance engagements.
Our governance services identify issues present in your codebase at the time of review. We cannot guarantee that our review will identify every vulnerability or compliance gap. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific engagement in which any error or omission occurred.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
